No internet connection (ixelles)

Hello, it seems that there is no internet connection in Ixelles, the modem shows that it has wifi but i cannot connect to the internet. Can you please let me know if there is an internet outage in the neighbourhood? Thank you

Panne à 1050 Ixelles

Impossible d'accéder à mon serveur Ubuntu de l'extérieur de mon réseau privé

Bonjour, J'ai installé un serveur ubuntu chez moi. Je peux y accéder via un ordi de mon réseau privé mais pas via internet. J'ai ouvert les ports du firewall sur ma machine Ubuntu (notamment le port 22 pour ssh). J'ai configuré le mapping des ports dans le modem VOO via l'url : http://192.168.0.1/R

Home connection in Arlon - Again

Now it's recurrent, everyday there's a connection problem at my house. During the weekend, when it worked, the speed was 30.3Mbps /10.4Mbps. Tee contracted speed is 200mbps...I'm thinking on changing the provider because this is really bad service.

Hi, i wanted to cut my service with voo but instead their increased my cost. I have called them several times to ask question but they don’t seem to have anyone working there who can speak English. Could someone help me on what do i need to do to cancel the service? Many thanks for any help!

No signal

Hello,It’s been weeks now since I started losing internet signal on daily basis and frequently enough to make it impossible to work from home. I’ve called technical service on numerous occasions and had 2 technicians come to my home to try and fix it. Unfortunately, all they did was to change a mode

@leiblsa Be careful that in bridge mode you can only connect ONE device to the modem on ethernet port 1 in this case a personal WiFi router configured in dhcp mode and all your devices will have to connect to this router and no longer to the voo mod

Receive Error Code 1001 when attempting to install my VOO Evasion box to my TV

When I connect the cable to my TV and start it I receive the error code 1001. Looking on the website it doesn't list this code any where. I also cannot find instructions for how to connect the evasion box to my TV. When we manually scan for TV channels all we get is static.
